Are Ya Bored With Cycling Posts Yet?

After several days of rain it finally warmed up a bit (48°) so I took a long ride to Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area. Total of about 21 miles. There were some Kite Surfers in the cold waters on the bay side.

Christmas Greetings

Merry Christmas from Willow Street, Port Monmouth, New Jersey Drago is actually a very friendly boy who is trained well. In the photo above he was just responding to the “speak” command. He is passing along best wishes to everyone for the holiday season and new year.

Surgery for Carpal Tunnel

Over the past year I have noticed a steadily increasing numbness in my right hand, primarily affecting my thumb and middle finger. A trip to an orthopedist confirmed a carpal tunnel constriction diagnosis. In addition to the numbness the doctor pointed out a significant muscle atrophy of my Opponens muscle at the base of my …
